velqa.dev plans & pricing — subscriptions and Recharge Boost payable in dirhams (MAD)
Velqa offers three monthly subscriptions (Starter, Dev, Pro) and a prepaid pay-as-you-go mode (Recharge Boost), all payable in Moroccan dirhams. This page explains what each plan includes and how to choose. Payments are in beta: subscriptions and top-ups are not open yet — your account and API key stay free in the meantime.
The three subscriptions

Each subscription includes:
- A set of allowed chat models (see Available models).
- A monthly token ceiling (usable budget ≈ 60% of the plan price).
- Prompt allowances per 5-hour window and per week.
- Per-model rate limits (RPM and TPM).

- Starter: fast, general-purpose models (

Audio, image and TTS models (whisper-large-v3, flux-2-klein-4b, kokoro-tts) are Boost-only. See the full breakdown in Available models.
Recharge Boost — prepaid, no subscription
Recharge Boost is a prepaid pay-as-you-go credit balance: you top up an amount in MAD and use every model, including audio, image and TTS, with no monthly subscription. You only pay for what you use.

How to choose
- Testing or light chat usage → Starter, or Recharge Boost if you want zero commitment.
- Coding every day with agents (Kimi, MiniMax, GLM 5.2) → Dev.
- You need premium reasoning models or high volume → Pro.
- You want audio, image or TTS → Recharge Boost (the only mode that unlocks them).
You can combine a subscription with a Boost balance: see automatic fallback to Boost, which lets spend spill over to your prepaid balance once the subscription limits are reached.
Subscribe or change plan
Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal. In the dashboard, go to Billing then Manage subscription to subscribe, change plan (proration applied) or cancel.
During beta, payments are not open yet — subscriptions open soon.
